Eviction Services

We understand having to evict a tenant is one of the most challenging and stressful parts of being a landlord. Thanks goodness, now you can breathe. We have been assisting home owners through the eviction process for years.

WE PROVIDE:

DISPOSSESSORY FILING

We will file the Dispossessory Warrant for you in any court within the Metro Atlanta Area.

DISPOSSESSORY HEARING

We will attend the Court Hearing for you. Don't worry we will represent you demands and hold the tenant accountable as you wish.

WRIT FILING

If the tenant doesn't move like instructed by the court, we will file for Writ of Possession for you.

EVICTION LABOR:

We will meet the sherrif and provide the labor to conduct the actual eviction. Yes, we provide two people per bedroom and work to be in and out within two hours. Upon your request, we will rekey the locks and make sure the property is secured.

RENT READY:

Once the tenant is out, we can work with you to clean, paint and make the property rent ready again. And of course if you so desire, we can place a tenant and even manage the property for you.
