For as low as $50.00 per month, CSA will manage your housing maintenance by:

1. Placement of tenant
   
2. Answering maintenance calls from tenants
3. Collecting rents
   
4. Checking on your property at least once a month
5. Emailing or calling you with a monthly update
   
6. Dispensing maintenance calls to licensed professionals

HOW DOES IT WORK:

Our goal is to assist you by releasing much of the stress that is associated with rentals. Instead of you having to worry with needy tenants, we will do it for you. 

Once the tenant calls us, we will first trouble shoot the problem. If the problem is not solvable via phone, we will email or call you depending on the urgency.

Upon your approval, we will dispense a work order to one of our licensed professionals.

CSA Contractors never charges a fee for estimates or to examine the problem. Further, our contractors have agreed to provide a discount on all services. Thus, getting your problem repaired through CSA will save you, not only time, but also money.
